Regarding use of SPA Bay Window
- ・This plan is a special price that can only be purchased as a set with a meal. Please note that even if you cancel the spa, restaurant, or lounge, you will still be charged the price of the plan you booked.
- ・Use is limited to those aged 18 and over.
- ・If you have high blood pressure, are menstruating, are pregnant, breastfeeding, are feeling unwell, have allergies, are under medical care, are taking medication, or have any other health concerns, please be sure to let us know at the time of booking. As this may prevent you from receiving the treatment,
- ・If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us within business hours of the day before your reservation date. After that, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- ・Cancellation fees will be charged as follows
*Cancellation on the day: 50% of the plan fee
*Cancellation without notice: 100% of the plan fee - ・Spa guests may use the locker rooms, bathrooms, and powder rooms within Harbor View Fitness Club. Additional fees apply for use of other facilities.
- ・There are no cosmetics provided in the spa, so if you wish to apply makeup after your treatment, please bring your own.
- ・We cannot take any responsibility for any items lost or stolen within the spa.
- ・Please refrain from smoking or bringing food or drinks into the spa.
- ・You may be asked to leave the facility if you cause trouble to other guests or engage in dangerous behavior.
- ・We do not allow members of organized crime groups or people with tattoos to use the facility.
