Notice of partial parking closure Minato Mirai Public Parking Lot from Monday, December 15, 2025 to Monday, March 16, 2026

Some parking spaces at the Minato Mirai Public Parking Lot will be closed due to firefighting equipment renovation work. During this period, we ask that you use parking spaces other than those that are closed. Also, as the reduced number of parking spaces is expected to cause congestion in the parking lot, we ask that you use public transportation whenever possible when visiting the museum.

We have confirmed that there are fake accounts impersonating our hotel's official Instagram account (@intercontinentalokohamagrand). The fake accounts have very similar usernames and icon images, but they are in no way affiliated with our hotel. Please do not open, reply to, or enter any information on the URLs contained in direct messages, as there is a risk that your personal information may be obtained illegally. To prevent damage, if you receive a direct message, please delete the direct message itself and contact the person you are following.

Regarding the mandatory entry of PIN when using credit cards

Starting April 1, 2025, in order to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, "signature authentication" will be abolished when using IC credit cards, and entry of a PIN (four-digit number) will become mandatory.
