SPA AREA GUIDE

  • Treatment rooms
    Single room x 4 and twin room x 1
    The large windows of the rooms offer a commanding view of the shining Yokohama Minato Mirai sea and Yokohama Bay Bridge. Enjoy a period of luxurious relaxation that lets you forget the fatigue and stress of daily life in a space designed in a simple fashion so as to reflect the perfect blueness of the sea.
  • Jacuzzi room
    The ladies-only Jacuzzi bath where you can feel the throb of the sea is a private luxurious space with large windows through which you can see the expansive scenery of Yokohama including Yokohama Bay Bridge and the Red Brick Warehouse. Pamper yourself in a relaxation only available at this room situated at the tip of our hotel.
  • Relaxation room
    After receiving treatment, relax on a sofa by the window with a herbal drink while feeling the throb of the sea and mother nature. This ladies-only private space is gently enclosed in a canopy sofa.

Booking
  • ●Please note that advance booking is required to use the spa.
  • ●Please consult with your doctor before booking if you are pregnant or receiving outpatient treatment.
  • ●Changes and cancellations must be made during business hours by no later than the day before the scheduled treatment day. Any changes made after this time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees
  • Cancellations made after the business hours on the day prior to or on the scheduled treatment day: 50% of the treatment charge
  • No-show cancellations: 100% of the treatment charge
Other
  • ●You must be 18 years old or older to use the service.
  • ●Spa guests may use the locker room, bathroom and powder room within the Harbor View Fitness Club free of charge. Use of other facilities is subject to an additional charge.
  • ●Please bring your cosmetics as needed.
  • ●We shall not be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal property within the spa.
  • ●We may ask you to leave the spa if you have engaged in actions that cause inconvenience or danger to other guests.
  • ●Within the spa, refrain from smoking and consuming carried-in foods and drinks.
  • ●Entrance for guests with a tattoo is strictly prohibited.

Our membership-only fitness club is fully equipped with a training gym, pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, providing you with a gorgeous fitness and relaxation experience that you can enjoy surrounded by a beautiful panorama of Yokohama Port visible through the expansive windows. Hotel guests may use the facilities at a visitor rate.
