How to make a reservation
Reservations can be made through the official IHG Hotels & Resorts reservation site.The URL for this plan is here
- *The default setting is "Today"
- *On the IHG reservation site, "children" refers to children who will be sharing a bed with their parents. If you are preparing a bed (or a futon in the case of a Japanese-style room), please include them in the number of adults.
- *Please enter in Roman letters (alphabet).
Due to system limitations, input in Japanese (kanji, hiragana, katakana) will not be registered correctly. - *For this plan, you will be required to register your credit card information as a deposit when making a reservation. This will be used to cover any cancellations, and the accommodation fee will be paid at the hotel upon check-in.
- Please check the following on the displayed reservation page.
- 1. Select your check-in and check-out dates.
- 2. Select the number of rooms and the number of guests.
- 3. Click the "Search" button based on the conditions you have set.
- 4. Click "View Rooms" to view the room types available for booking.
- 5. Select your desired room type from the list and click "Select".
- 6. Enter your customer information.
- 7. Click the pink button at the bottom of the page that says "Reservation: (Reservation amount) JPY."
- 8. Once the entered information is confirmed to be correct, your reservation is complete.
