Spa Information
SPA Bay Window, located on the fourth floor of the hotel, is equipped with fully private treatment rooms, a women-only jacuzzi room, and a relaxation room. All rooms offer a panoramic view of Yokohama Port from the large windows, allowing you to spend a relaxing time feeling the sea. This plan includes one 60-minute treatment during your stay, from the check-in date to the check-out date. SPA Bay Window Business hours: 11:00-19:00 (last entry 18:00) *Men can also use this spa.
The spa will inform you of the date and time of your treatment after your reservation is completed. We will contact you at the email address you registered when making your reservation.

Terms of service
This offer includes accommodation for two guests per room, breakfast, and spa. Additional charges apply for three or more guests per room. Rates vary by hotel, time of booking, and dates of stay. Rates include service charge and tax. Payment will be in local currency. Blackout dates apply. Rooms are subject to availability. Reservations for this plan must be made by 6:00 PM 10 days prior to your stay. The full amount of the accommodation fee must be prepaid at the time of booking. Once your spa reservation is confirmed, you will not be able to change or cancel your reservation. [About spa treatments]
Spa treatments are provided at SPA Bay Window on the 4th floor of the hotel. This plan allows you to enjoy one 60-minute body treatment during your stay, from check-in to check-out. If two or more people are booking a room, we may not be able to accommodate two spa reservations for the same time depending on the situation. If one person is booking a room, you can change the treatment to 120 minutes or two 60-minute sessions. After your reservation is complete, the spa will contact you via email using the contact information you provided at the time of booking to confirm the date and time of your treatment.
・Spa use is limited to those aged 18 and over.
・If you have high blood pressure, are menstruating, are breastfeeding, are feeling unwell, have allergies, are under medical care, are taking medication, or have any other health concerns, please be sure to let us know at the time of booking. You may not be able to receive the treatment.
・This plan is not available to pregnant women.
・On the day of your spa visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time.
・Spa guests may use the locker rooms, bathrooms, and powder rooms within Harbor View Fitness Club. Additional fees apply for use of other facilities.
・You can change into your clothes before and after your treatment in the locker rooms inside Harbor View Fitness Club, but if you would prefer to change in a private room, we will guide you to the treatment room. If you would like to change in the treatment room, please let us know when you make your reservation.
・There are no cosmetics provided in the spa, so if you wish to apply makeup after your treatment, please bring your own.
・Please refrain from smoking and bringing in food and drinks into the spa. We do not allow anyone with ties to organized crime or tattoos to use the spa.
