Japanese and Western buffet

Enjoy a Japanese and Western buffet breakfast in a venue with a view of Yokohama Port. The buffet board offers a variety of carefully prepared dishes that stick to the basics, including bread and Danish pastries baked in-house every morning, egg dishes made to order such as omelets and fried eggs, cereals, salads, fresh fruit, Japanese dishes such as rice, miso soup, grilled fish, and simmered dishes, as well as shumai. Choose as much of your favorite items as you like and enjoy a breakfast that suits your tastes.

Introducing "AniTouch Minatomirai"

An indoor animal facility produced by Izu Shaboten Zoo

Located within Yokohama World Porters, a large shopping complex about a 10-minute walk from our hotel, you can enjoy the zoo regardless of the weather. More than 300 animals from around 20 species await you, including the popular capybaras at Izu Shaboten Zoo, as well as prairie dogs, meerkats, and owls. Enjoy a close-up experience with the animals while learning about their ecology.

  • To protect the health of both our guests and the animals, please disinfect your hands before and after touching the animals.
  • *Exhibitions and feedings may be canceled depending on the health of the animals.
  • *Animals are very timid. Due to the nature of animals that can be interacted with, they may suddenly bite or scratch you, so please do not get too close to them or try to touch them. Parents should always keep an eye on small children.
  • Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or over (fees apply).
  • ○Please refrain from using camera flashes.
  • ○We cannot be held responsible for any trouble between customers or loss or theft of personal belongings within the facility.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or soiling of clothing or belongings, or injuries caused by animals.
  • *Please note that guests who monopolize animals, cause trouble for other guests, or do not follow instructions from staff may be asked to leave.

Terms of service

This plan includes accommodation and breakfast for two adults and up to two children per room. Children are defined as elementary school students (12 years old and under), while junior high school students and those 13 years old and over are considered adults. Up to one child per existing bed may stay in an existing bed. Additional fees apply for three or more guests per room. Rates vary by hotel, time of booking, and dates of stay. Rates include service charge and tax. Payment will be in local currency. Blackout dates apply. Rooms are subject to availability.

Reservations for this plan must be made at least 7 days in advance. The full accommodation fee must be paid by credit card at the time of reservation. The credit card registered at the time of reservation will be charged after the reservation is completed and before the check-in date. If you cancel after 6:00 PM the day before your stay or if you do not show up without contacting us (a no-show), you will be charged the full accommodation fee. For consecutive nights, if you do not show up by check-out time on the first day of your stay without contacting us (a no-show), your reservation for the remaining nights will also be canceled.
