- Regarding food allergies, we can provide New Year's Eve soba and osechi dishes by excluding certain ingredients, but please note that we are unable to provide alternative dishes.
- Please note that our hotel uses the same space and equipment as the facilities used to prepare dishes containing allergens, and it is not possible to completely prevent trace amounts of allergens from being mixed in during this process.

The "New Year's Celebration Plan 2027" (hereinafter referred to as "this plan") is available at InterContinental Yokohama Grand. The booking period is from 10:00 on September 1, 2026 to 19:00 on December 16, 2026, and the stay period is from check-in on December 31, 2026 to check-out on January 2, 2027. This plan is only applicable to consecutive stays of two nights. Advance reservations are required for this plan. Advance payment for this plan is required by December 16, 2026, via bank transfer, email credit card payment, or in person at the hotel. The number of rooms and room types are limited. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this plan.
This plan is not applicable to group bookings of 10 rooms or more. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, benefits, or promotions. Other discounts include InterContinental Ambassador weekend free night vouchers. This plan is eligible for IHG One Rewards, but room upgrade benefits such as InterContinental Ambassador status do not apply. The terms and conditions of this plan are subject to change without notice.
[Regarding cancellations]
Cancellation fees will apply to this plan from 19:00 on December 16, 2026. Cancellations made after 19:00 on December 16, 2026 will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 19:00 on December 23, 2026, or no-shows without prior notice, will incur the full accommodation fee for all nights.
The customer will be responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process.
