Reservations and payments

▪ Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person at i MARINA store.
▪ If you wish to make a reservation in person, please fill out the application form and bring it to Gourmet et Souvenir i MARINA (2nd floor).
▪ Quantities are limited, so please apply as soon as possible. Reservations will close once the maximum number of units sold is reached.
▪ For reservations made in-store or by phone, please make your payment by 5:00 PM on Friday, December 11, 2026.
▪ Changes or cancellations to your reservation must be made by 5:00 PM on Sunday, December 13, 2026. After this time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Pick up

[In-store pickup] Pick up your item at the hotel's 2nd floor Gourmet et Souvenir i MARINA on Thursday, December 31, 2026, from 10:00 to 18:00.
[Delivery] Your order will be delivered via refrigerated courier service on Thursday, December 31, 2026.
