In recent years, cases of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire have been reported both domestically and internationally.
To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we ask for your cooperation in observing the following points regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms.

・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from your room, such as when you go out.

When charging portable electronic devices with a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in your room, please refrain from using it in the following locations:
By a window that receives direct sunlight
On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains.

- To prevent any problems that may occur while charging, please use the device in a location where you can always check the status yourself.

- Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or overheating abnormally.

If the above situation is discovered during room cleaning during your stay, staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it for safety reasons.
