In January 2026, we confirmed that several "spoofed emails" were sent in the name of the representative director of Yokohama Grand InterContinental Hotel Co., Ltd., the operating company of our hotel, and the general manager of our hotel, requesting the creation of a LINE group. Our company and our hotel will never individually request the creation of a LINE group via email, and these emails have no connection whatsoever with our company or our hotel.
At this time, we have no information that any customers have received such emails, but if you receive a suspicious email that you are unfamiliar with, please do not open or reply to it, and delete it immediately.
