Hotel search

• 1. Enter the name of your desired city and select the appropriate country. (If you are selecting a country other than the US or Canada, you do not need to enter the state.)
• 2. Select your desired dates, number of people, and number of rooms.
• 3. Select "Lowest Price Available Now" for your desired rate type and click "Hotel Search." (Please note that other rate types are for specific organization members only and are not applicable to general customers.)

Hotel selection and plan search

• 1. Hotels in the area will be displayed. Click on the "Price" of the hotel you want to stay at.
• 2. Plans are displayed in order of price.
  Twin rooms are labeled "2 beds," and double rooms are labeled "King room" or "1 bed." Please note that the displayed rates do not include service charges, taxes, etc.
• 3. Click "Book" to the right of the plan you want.

Enter your membership number and password (PIN number) to view the information of customers who have already registered.

General customers

Please enter your information in the following order. The first two items (first name and last name) must be entered in Japanese, but all subsequent items must be entered in English (half-width alphanumeric characters).

Enter your card number

When making a reservation on the IHG website, you will be required to enter your credit card information. For some plans, payment will be processed with the card you enter at the time of booking. In this case, please note that cancellations and changes cannot be made after the reservation has been made. Please enter all the information and click "Confirm this reservation."
