The process from booking to arrival
1. After your reservation is complete, the hotel will contact you by email or phone and ask you to submit a message or letter.
2. We will read your message, extract the themes, and select appropriate flowers, based on the language of flowers, to create a bouquet unique to you.
3. We will prepare it in your room before check-in on the day of your stay.

Letter Bouquet: bespoke bouquets created in the language of flowers
Our Letter Bouquet service extracts the themes from a letter you send to your loved one. Our florist then creates a bouquet using flowers selected based on the language of flowers, and delivers the bouquet to your room along with your message. This service is perfect for special occasions such as birthdays, proposals, or wedding anniversaries.

- Service Description
- - We will extract the themes from your message and select the flowers according to the language of flowers.
- - Submit your message at least 20 days prior to the desired date of use. If we cannot confirm your message by this deadline, we will not be able to provide the flower bouquet as part of the Letter Bouquet service. Only a standard bouquet will be provided, and the choice of the flowers and designs used will be left to our discretion.
- - The flowers used may change from the proposed samples depending on the season and availability.
- - The interpretation of the language of flower and the design of the bouquet will be handled by our florist.

This plan includes accommodation for two guests in one room, including breakfast and a bouquet (Letter Bouquet). An additional charge will apply when three or more guests use this plan. Rates vary depending on the hotel, booking period, and dates of stay. Rates include service charges and taxes. Payments should be made using local currency. Blackout dates apply. Room availability is subject to change.
This plan requires booking at least 30 days in advance. You will be required to register your credit card information as a deposit when booking. The full amount of the accommodation fee will be charged to your credit card registered at the time of booking between the time of booking completion date and the check-in date. If you cancel the service within 16 days of the check-in date, starting at 6 p.m. on the 16th day, or if you do not show up without prior notice (no-show), the full amount of the accommodation fee will be charged. If you plan to stay two or more consecutive nights, and if you do not show up by the check-out time on the first day of your stay without prior notice (no-show), your reservation for the remaining nights will also be cancelled.
