The glass is topped with crispy shortcrust pastry, light meringue, and rich Kyoho grape sorbet bursting with the flavor of the grapes. Inside, rich royal milk tea ice cream and mascarpone cheese complement the sweetness of the fresh grapes. Furthermore, layers of spicy cardamom crumble and red wine and black tea jelly are added, creating a luxurious parfait where you can enjoy a changing flavor with every spoonful.
