Special chilled noodles with selected sauce | 5,000 yen (Includes Chinese tea (Beauty-enhancing tea))

The refreshing chilled noodles are topped with luxurious seafood such as steamed abalone, glistening salmon roe and jellyfish, and flavorful whole shrimp from Himejima, Oita, as well as Karyu 's special char siu and steamed chicken. Enjoy the harmony of the smooth jade noodles, flavorful ingredients, and delicious sauce that melts in your mouth.

 

Please choose your preferred sauce.

You can choose one of the following two types of sauce, which are the key to the flavor.
"Yuzu Citrus and Sesame Soy Sauce" - A sauce with a deep, rich flavor from homemade sesame paste, accentuated by the aroma of yuzu.
"Shiso Perilla Soy Sauce" - A sauce with the aroma of shiso leaves and a mild acidity that whets the appetite.

We have prepared a special lunch set featuring our "Special chilled noodles with selected sauce," steamed dim sum carefully prepared one by one by our dim sum chef, a choice of three original desserts including Karyu 's special mango pudding, and Chinese tea.
