How to make a reservation

Reservations can be made through the official IHG Hotels & Resorts reservation site.

Please review the following details on the reservation page.
1. Select your check-in and check-out dates.

  • *The default setting is "Today"
2. Select the number of rooms and the number of guests.

  • *On the IHG booking website, "children" refers to children who will be sharing a bed with their parents. If you require a separate bed (or futon in a Japanese-style room), please include them in the number of adults.
3. Click "Search" with your selected criteria.
4. Select your desired room type from the list and click "Show Rates" to see the available rates (accommodation plans).
5. The default setting is the "IHG One Rewards Member Discount" rate. Click to uncheck it to book at the regular rate.
6. Click "Select" for "Last Minute Deal" last-minute discount.
7. Please enter your customer information.

  • *Please enter in Roman letters (alphabet).
    Due to system limitations, input in Japanese (kanji, hiragana, katakana) will not be registered correctly.
  • *This plan requires you to register your credit card information as a deposit at the time of booking. The credit card registered at the time of booking will be charged between the time of booking completion and the check-in date.
8. Click the pink button at the bottom of the same page that says "Reservation: (Reservation Amount) JPY".
9. Once the entered information is confirmed to be correct, your reservation is complete.

* "Children" refers to children sharing an existing bed. At our hotel, up to one child aged 12 or younger (elementary school age) can stay free of charge per existing bed. However, this does not include amenities or meals. If you are preparing a bed, please include the child in the "adult" category regardless of age.

*Please enter only English (half-width alphanumeric characters). Japanese (kanji, hiragana, katakana) entries will not be registered correctly due to system limitations.
