Since its opening on August 20, 1991, InterContinental Yokohama Grand has been loved by many guests, and this summer it celebrates its 35th anniversary. In gratitude for your patronage over the years, we have prepared special restaurant menus and other offerings for this period only. 35th Anniversary Special: Extra-Large Braised Shark Fin
We are offering a special dish, limited to 35 servings, that luxuriously uses a magnificent shark fin weighing approximately 250g, more than twice the normal size. Please take this opportunity to savor the exquisite taste of blue shark, which offers both a firm texture and a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.

A dim sum feast for just 3 days
To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the hotel's opening, we will be holding a limited-time 3-day dim sum order buffet. Enjoy as much freshly made, Karyu dim sum as you like, along with appetizers, desserts, and Karyu original blend tea, "Bihada Saicha." Enjoy this limited-time gourmet experience while overlooking the Yokohama cityscape.

Bayside Beer Garden "Hama Beer！"
Special plan available exclusively for online reservations to commemorate our 35th anniversary.
To celebrate our 35th anniversary, Hama Beer!, an open-air beer garden overlooking Yokohama Port, is offering two special plans. One is an internet-only reservation plan for four adults, normally priced at 40,000 yen, now available for 35,000 yen. The other is a plan that includes free-flowing sparkling wine, allowing you to enjoy it to your heart's content. Enjoy a summer evening with a pleasant sea breeze.

35th Anniversary Special: Original Cocktail in a Hotel-Shaped Container
To commemorate the hotel's 35th anniversary, we will be offering an original cocktail served in a cocktail container inspired by the hotel's exterior. You can take the cocktail container home with you, allowing you to enjoy it as a memento of your time at the hotel, a beloved symbol of Yokohama's Minatomirai.

Special cake "Cake Raffiné au Citron"
This special cake features a moist pound cake base rich in the aroma of limoncello, a liqueur made from rare domestic lemons, and is combined with homemade lemon peel. As its name suggests ("refined lemon cake" in French), the rich aroma of lemon and its light, refreshing flavor are perfect for summer. It's a recommended treat for tea time at home, as well as a great gift.

*Due to the overwhelming number of reservations, we have now closed reservations.
The chapel and reception hall, normally off-limits to the public, will be open to the public, and guests can enjoy taking photos in a specially set up photo booth. You can also participate in various events that will help you reminisce about your wedding day, such as a flower market (fee required) where couples can exchange flowers, a time capsule letter writing event, and a choir performance in the chapel. A dessert buffet (fee required) will also be available in a specially set up lounge. This event is open not only to couples, but also to children and parents. Take this special opportunity to spend a fulfilling time in the memorable place where your new family was born.
