Spring/Summer 2026 Menu (March - August 2026)
We offer a full course of authentic French cuisine, blending traditional French dishes with modern twists. Our seasonal menu features vibrant ingredients that are in season from spring through summer.
● Tuna, bigfin reef squid, and abalone in a seaweed jelly with bottarga flavor
● Cabbage potage with pancetta aroma
● Pan-seared lobster and scallops with two sauces: a bergamot-infused white wine sauce and an Americaine sauce.

*Dinner will be delivered to your room via room service around 6 PM. If you prefer a different time slot, please contact the hotel after completing your reservation. Delivery is available between 17:00 and 21:00. We will deliver your order approximately 40 minutes from your requested time. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders.

This plan requires reservations at least three days in advance. To guarantee a room, credit card information must be registered at the time of reservation. Payment is due at check-in. If you cancel after 6:00 PM three days before your stay or if you fail to show up without contacting us (a no-show), the full accommodation fee will be charged. For consecutive nights, if you fail to show up by check-out time on the first day of your stay without contacting us (a no-show), your reservation for the remaining nights will also be canceled.
