About reservations
- ●The spa is reservation-only. Please book before your visit.
- ●Please inform us when booking if you have high blood pressure, allergies, or any health concerns, are menstruating, pregnant, breastfeeding, feeling unwell, under a doctor’s care, or taking medication. Some treatments may not be available.
- ●For changes or cancellations, please contact us by the end of business hours the day before your appointment. A cancellation fee will apply after this time.

- No-show or cancellation without notice: 100% of the treatment fee
About the facility
- ●Guests must be 18 years or older to use the spa.
- Spaguests have access to the locker room, bathroom, and powder room at Harbor View Fitness Club. Additional charges apply for other facilities.
- ●Cosmetics are not provided at the spa. Please bring your own makeup if you wish to apply it after your treatment.
- ●The spa cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
- ●Smoking and bringing food or drinks into the spa are not permitted.
- ●Guests who engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave.

The ultimate time and space to support each individual's wellness
This members-only fitness center is fully equipped with a training gym, swimming pool, hydrotherapy bath, and sauna. Guests can enjoy fitness and relaxation while taking in the beautiful views of Yokohama Port that unfold from the large windows. Hotel guests can use the center at a visitor's rate.
