This luxurious dessert for adults uses half a Crown Melon from Shizuoka Prefecture. The melon flesh is topped with the hotel's homemade vanilla ice cream and finished with a drizzle of champagne. The Crown Melon from Shizuoka Prefecture is characterized by its rich sweetness and fragrant aroma, and you can enjoy its perfect pairing with the refreshing bubbles of champagne.
