    Guestrooms (barrier-free rooms)

    Three barrier-free guestrooms are available on the hotel’s eighth and ninth floors. The rooms include an ample open space and a sink and bathtub that offer peace of mind and high usability to guests with disabilities. The rooms are also equipped with an emergency button to summon hotel staff immediately.

    Grab bars: Grab bars are installed on the wall above the bathtub and around the toilet seat.

    Wheelchair-friendly restaurants

    All in-hotel restaurants are friendly to guests in a wheelchair.
    However, some restaurants have different floor levels and steps within their premises: Buffet Dining Ocean Terrace (first floor)
    Although there are some steps before entering the buffet area, you may use the slope, which is located at the back of the restaurant. Consult our staff as some seats are available from which you can enter the buffet area without using the steps.

    Floating Restaurant Pier 21

    The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Minato Mirai pier terminal located in front of our hotel, but no elevators are available to access the restaurant. Please consult with the restaurant staff in advance if you have any requests regarding the use of the restaurant.

    Japanese Restaurant Nadaman (fourth floor)

    There are steps before entering the sushi dining area.

    Service dogs (guide dogs, mobility assistance and hearing dogs) may accompany their owners into hotel premises. (Pet companions are not allowed in the hotel as they may disturb other customers.)

    Parking space for guests in a wheelchair

    The Minato Mirai Public Parking Lot (underground level of Pacifico Yokohama) has parking spaces available for wheelchair users. If you wish to use one of these spaces, use the intercom when entering the parking lot to summon an employee, who will guide you to an empty parking space. *Advance booking is not available.     We offer a variety of dedicated support services to ensure a comfortable stay with peace of mind for families traveling with young children and infants. If you have any questions or requests, feel free to contact us.

    Guestrooms

    A baby crib or bed guardrails (if you choose to share your bed with your child) may be placed in the room free of charge. If you choose to use a baby crib or share your bed with a preschool child, the child’s accommodation is provided free of charge, but her/his meals and amenity items are not included. However, let us know if you need additional towels as they are available free of charge.

    When sharing your bed with your child: In a twin room, one bed may be placed alongside the wall (depending on room layout). In a superior twin room, a “Hollywood twin” bed layout is available, in which two beds are placed next to each other.

    When using a baby crib: A baby crib (size: width 75 cm × length 125 cm × height 80 cm) for 0 to 12-month-old child may be used free of charge, but advance booking is required. Please note that one may not be available because they are limited in quantity.

    Sale of disposable diapers:
    A set of two disposable diapers is available at 300 yen each.
    Call us from your room if you need one. Medium size (child’s weight: 6 to 12 kg) and large size (child’s weight: 9 to 14 kg) are available.

    Breakfast charges:
    Buffet Dining Ocean Terrace
    0 to 4 years old: Free of charge; 5 to 12 years old: 1,800 yen (including tax and service charges); Older than 13 years old: 3,600 yen (including tax and service charges)

    Restrooms

    Restrooms equipped with baby changing stations are located on the hotel’s first, second and third floors (for both ladies’ and gentlemen’s rooms).

    Nursing room

    A nursing room is located on the hotel’s first floor (for female guests only). Please use a restroom when changing diapers.

    Rental of baby strollers

    Rental of type-B baby strollers (for babies from 7 months old, able to sit unsupported) is available for in-hotel use. Advance booking is required as they are limited in quantity.

    Which restaurants may be used by families with children?

    The following restaurants may be used: Buffet Dining Ocean Terrace (first floor), Lounge & Bar Marine Blue (second floor), Japanese Restaurant Nadaman (fourth floor), Chinese Restaurant Karyu (31st floor) and Pier 21 (second floor of Pukari Pier).

    ■The Buffet Dining Ocean Terrace (first floor) is particularly recommended for families who have young children because they have children’s menus

    *These prices are for children aged 5 to 12; meals are provided free of charge to children aged 4 years old or younger.
    *At French Restaurant Azur (second floor), use by preschool children is limited to private rooms within the restaurant.
    *The price listed above includes tax and service charges.

    Are high chairs for children available at restaurants?

    Yes. Customers may use high chairs free of charge. As high chairs are also available at parties, feel free to contact us if you wish to use them. However, please understand that they are limited in quantity.

    Valet parking service

    Valet parking service is offered exclusively to customers staying at the hotel, in which one of our staff drives the customer’s car into/out of the parking lot on behalf of the customer. From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., one of our dedicated staff will drive the customer’s car into/out of the parking lot when the customer arrives at, takes a trip out of, and depart from our hotel. This service is included in the normal parking charge for hotel guests. Please note that customers may be required to wait during busy hours.

    Yes, it is the member's fitness club HARBORVIEW FITNESS CLUB on the 4th floor of the hotel. It is equipped with a training gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. As the club is open only to own member, Visitor rates apply for hotel guests. Please see the page of Spa and Fitness for details.

  • How much is the parking?

    How much is the parking?
    Customers are asked to use the Minato Mirai Public Parking Lot located on the B1 floor of Pacifico Yokohama. Please note that it is not the hotel’s proprietary parking lot.
    Parking rates are following:

    Standard rates

    280 yen/30 minutes
    The maximum rate per day (during opening hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.) would be 1,600 yen for weekdays and 2,100 yen for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

    For customers staying at our hotel

    2,100 yen/per night
    *This discount rate applies to one car per room only. The rate would be 4,000 yen per car for the second car and thereafter.
    *When using the parking lot, park your car first, and then bring the parking ticket to the hotel’s front desk.
    *The parking lot may be used from 7 a.m. on the day of check-in to 10 p.m. on the following day.
    *If you are planning to go out using your car during your stay, stop by the hotel’s bell captain desk on 1F to receive a parking pass.
    *If you wish to enter the parking lot between midnight and the early morning hours (between 12 a.m. and 7 a.m.), you will need to use the nighttime intercom to contact an employee.
    *The fee should be paid at the hotel’s front desk.
